4. Your details
A card is required to hold your reservation. You won't be charged now — this is only used per our cancellation / no-show policy.
Cancellation & rescheduling policy Your card is securely saved to guarantee your appointment. It is not charged when you book. Please let us know about any change or rescheduling at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged a $50 fee. For same-day cancellations, changes and no-shows, the fee may be increased up to the full price of the booked services. By confirming your booking, you agree to this policy.
